This is a high-impact executive role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding market share within the distributor, wholesale, and reseller ecosystem. You will define and execute go-to-market strategies, negotiate national agreements, and build a best-in-class commercial organization.
Reporting directly to the Global Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our North American commercial footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute the North American wholesale & reseller sales strategy
-Lead and scale a high-performing regional sales team
-Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market penetration
-Establish and manage strategic partnerships with national distributors and key accounts

Betreuung und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms im zugewiesenen Gebiet.
Akquise neuer Kunden und Identifizierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Verkaufsleitung bei der Planung von Verkaufsstrategien.
Anforderungen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Obst- und Gemüsehandel oder im Lebensmittelvertrieb.
Registrierung bei ENASARCO und aktive Tätigkeit als freier Handelsvertreter mit Partita IVA.
Bestehendes Netzwerk im Ho.Re.Ca.-Kanal.
Selbstständige, zielorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
Gute Kenntnisse des regionalen Marktes und Reisebereitschaft.
