On behalf of Mattivi, an international group active in the research and development of berry fruits, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join the team and support the expansion of international markets. The company is recognized globally for its innovation in berry cultivation and operates in a dynamic, research-driven environment. This role offers direct exposure to international markets and active involvement in commercial development.
The Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing commercial activities across assigned markets, with a focus on Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of international clients
Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of distribution channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and direct customers
Promote the company’s products and solutions across target markets
Support negotiations and commercial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, operations) to ensure effective execution
Monitor sales performance and market trends
Ideal Profile
Experience in sales or international commercial roles
Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Ability to work independently and manage assigned markets
Results-driven mindset and proactive approach to business development
