
Regional Sales Director – North America (Wholesale & Reseller Channel) Location: United States Compensation: $200,000 base salary + executive bonus + long-term incentives

To accelerate our expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Director to lead our Wholesale & Reseller Channel strategy across the United States.
This is a high-impact executive role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding market share within the distributor, wholesale, and reseller ecosystem. You will define and execute go-to-market strategies, negotiate national agreements, and build a best-in-class commercial organization.
Reporting directly to the Global Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our North American commercial footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute the North American wholesale & reseller sales strategy
-Lead and scale a high-performing regional sales team
-Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market penetration
-Establish and manage strategic partnerships with national distributors and key accounts
-Negotiate complex commercial agreements at executive level
-Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to global leadership
What We’re Looking For:
-senior commercial leadership experience in consumer electronics or adjacent categories
-Proven track record managing large-scale wholesale/distributor networks in the U.S.
-Demonstrated success negotiating multi-million-dollar national agreements
-Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
-Experience leading and developing high-performance sales organizations
-Willingness to travel as required
