Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force on 25 May 2018 for all companies in the member states of the European Union and aims to protect the personal data of European citizens by controlling the way in which data is collected, stored and processed by the companies that process it.
Inter.Mark srl has prepared the following notice to describe the operations relating to the processing of the personal data of users who come into contact or have dealings with it, clearly and precisely illustrating the processing methods and the related purposes, indicating the assessment of the processing requests in relation to the purpose and the risks to privacy security, and setting out the measures adopted to address them.
Inter.Mark srl adopts the measures necessary to ensure adequate levels of data security, management and traceability, and also guarantees the data subject's right to be forgotten.
1 – THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 Data acquisition:
- The personal data provided by data subjects to Inter.Mark srl, in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the Personal Data Code, are acquired and processed with the consent of the data subjects within the scope of the activity carried out by the company in its capacity as an Employment Agency, recognised by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, for the placement of commercial agents in companies requesting the service and for the related establishment of sales networks in Italy and abroad.
- The data provided by data subjects are also acquired upon registration or upon submission of requests for quotes or information, in the appropriate spaces on the website www.intermarksrl.com, or through the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Site.
Data subjects are aware that processing is also necessary where it is required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party; or where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject; and, finally, where processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or of third parties, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data do not override them.
1.2 Purpose of the processing:
- All the data collected in this way are processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, consisting in making the employment agency service and the establishment of a sales network easier for users and in ensuring the presentation of professional offers and proposals that are more relevant to and consistent with the data provided.
- The contact details supplied to Inter.Mark Srl may be used, with the consent of the user concerned, to send the user promotional information regarding its own and/or third party services and/or products, with automated tools (email, sms, fax) and/or non-automated tools (paper mail, telephone with an operator), without prejudice to the user's right to object to the sending of such communications at any time.
1.3 Data retention:
- Data will be retained in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for a period no longer than that needed to achieve the purposes for which they are processed, taking into account in particular the purpose of data retention in line with the objective of the employment agency of allowing a more efficient and effective relationship between the supply of and demand for work; furthermore, at any time, data subjects may request to change their personal data, restrict their use or request their erasure.
- During the ordinary activity of setting up a sales network, the transfer of the personal data necessary for each professional application proposal will be previously, explicitly and voluntarily authorised by the data subjects.
2 – SECURITY MEASURES
2.1 Data protection:
The data are processed in such a way as to guarantee adequate security of personal data. The system of data protection and the related security is also ensured by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures, with the use of a dedicated Server not accessible from outside. These measures comply with the minimum security measures provided for (articles 33-34) and with the GDPR (article 32): as regards the processing of data, computerised, manual and automated tools are used with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
2.2 Data Controller and DPO:
- The data controller is Inter.Mark srl, which has its tax office at Viale Ancona 22 – Venice-Mestre.
- The data will be processed by Inter.Mark srl by means of persons in charge belonging to the Marketing or Commercial, Administration, Legal, System Administration and Programming areas, also depending on the purpose to be achieved on the basis of the data subject's request.
3 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
3.1 Information and requests from data subjects:
Inter.Mark srl shall take appropriate measures to provide the data subject with all the information relating to the processing in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form; it also provides the data subject with the information on request without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The data controller informs the data subject of this extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receipt of the request. If the data subject submits the request by electronic means, the information is provided, where possible, by electronic means, unless otherwise indicated by the data subject.
If it does not comply with the data subject's request, Inter.Mark srl informs the data subject without delay, and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request, of the reasons for the non-compliance and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and of seeking a judicial remedy.

- The information provided is free of charge; however, if the data subject's requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs incurred in providing the information or communication or in taking the action requested, or refuse to act on the request.
If the data controller has reasonable doubts concerning the identity of the natural person making the request, it may request additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject.
3.2 Contents of requests for information:
Please note that the data subject has the right to obtain from Inter.Mark srl, by means of a specific request sent to the address https://www.quidsicurezza.it/contatti/#.Xd6NIOhKiUk, confirmation as to whether or not processing of personal data concerning them is ongoing and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data and to the information about the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data in question; the portability of the data; the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed; the criterion used to determine the retention period of the personal data; the existence of the right of the data subject to ask the data controller to rectify or erase personal data or to restrict the processing of personal data concerning them, or to object to their processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin.
3.3 Right of rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary declaration.
3.4 Right to be forgotten:
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies: the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected; the data subject withdraws consent or objects to the specific processing; the personal data have been unlawfully processed.
4 – COOKIES
4.1 Use of Cookies
Inter.Mark srl uses cookies, small text files transferred from the Web server to the user's computer, and other technologies for reading and/or storing information on the user's device, whose purpose is to inform the server about the user's access to that specific web page, and about any other information that it obtains from the readable parameters of the system through functions contained in the web page, in order to customise and facilitate the users' browsing experience and, in some cases with their consent, to enrich user profiling for advertising and/or commercial purposes. Cookies can be "temporary" (or session cookies, which are deleted at the end of the connection) or "permanent" (which remain stored on the user's hard disk, unless the user deletes them). 4.2 Cookie functions:

The use of additional persistent cookies and of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the Site.
