Role Overview
The Sales Agents we’re looking for will be responsible for:
Defining and implementing the sales strategy for the Office and Graphic Arts product lines
Managing and expanding the existing client portfolio (companies, graphic studios, institutions) while identifying new business opportunities
Overseeing the entire sales process: prospecting, negotiation, commercial proposals, closing, and follow-up
Working closely with the technical, after-sales, and marketing teams to ensure a competitive offering and consistent service
Monitoring results, analyzing sales data, and preparing forecasts and periodic reports
Achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets (revenue, margins, customer loyalty, business growth) agreed upon with the management
Requirements:
Experience in a Sales Agent or similar commercial role, preferably in companies operating in the printing, office equipment, or B2B technology sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong goal orientation and commercial initiative
Knowledge of the local (Verona/North East of Italy) market is a plus
Willingness to travel for client visits
A high school diploma with significant relevant experience
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
