We Are Hiring a Commercial Director – U.S. for an AI-Driven Renewable Energy Company

On behalf of a fast-growing multinational operating in the AI-driven renewable energy & smart infrastructure sector, we are seeking a Commercial Director to lead the expansion and consolidation of the U.S. market. The company delivers advanced clean energy solutions integrating artificial intelligence, smart grid technology, and large-scale battery storage. With established operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific, it is now entering a significant growth phase in North America.

The role will be based in Los Angeles, leading nationwide commercial strategy and high-level partnerships with utilities, infrastructure funds, major developers, and public institutions.

Responsabilities

• Lead and scale the U.S. commercial organization (sales, partnerships, business development)
• Negotiate and close strategic agreements with utilities, energy providers, infrastructure investors, and large real estate groups
• Drive revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and market penetration
• Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate expansion

Requirements

• Proven experience as Commercial Director/Chief Commercial Officer within renewable energy or related sectors
• Track record of closing multi-million-dollar, complex contracts
• Strong leadership experience managing senior commercial teams
• Fluent English; international exposure is a plus
• Strong financial acumen and results-driven mindset

Offer

• Base salary starting from $450,000 + performance-based bonus linked to EBITDA
• Equity or stock option plan
• Direct reporting to the Global CEO with full executive autonomy
