Research of a commercial distributor for a roasting plant – UK/Emirates/Balkan area/Canada/Switzerland

For our customer company, specialized in the production and commercialization of high-quality coffee blends, we are looking for:

A 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 with a customer portfolio for 𝗨𝗞 / 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 / 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 / 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮 / 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱
𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀: Ho.Re.Ca and wholesale

The company is a roastery founded in 1919 in Varese and renowned for its 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲, ideal for hotels, restaurants, cafes and, more generally, for all companies in the Ho.Re.Ca sector who want to provide a gastronomic experience of 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. The natural and careful roasting process used by the roastery enhances the aromas of the coffee blends, giving the coffee a unique flavour.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and expand the company's presence in the target market through channels

• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities

• Offer personalized advice and product training to customers thanks to the deep knowledge of the coffee market and its dynamics

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Proven experience as a distributor in the coffee industry

• Strong network of customers in the reference sector

• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills

• Fluency in English (knowledge of Italian is an advantage)

The ability to offer complementary services, such as the rental or sale of coffee preparation equipment, can represent an added value.
